MISSION STATEMENT

North Manatee Storm Football & Cheer is dedicated to developing confident, disciplined, and resilient young athletes through the principles of FEAR: Focus, Effort, Attitude, and Resiliency.

Our mission is to provide a positive, structured environment where players and cheerleaders learn the value of teamwork, accountability, and perseverance. Through skilled coaching, mentorship, and community support, we prepare our athletes to stay Focused on their goals, give their best Effort, maintain a positive Attitude, and demonstrate Resiliency in every challenge.

At North Manatee Storm, we are committed to shaping not only exceptional competitors but also outstanding individuals who lead with integrity, courage, and heart — both on and off the field.

We are a non Profit Organization and apart of the AYF (American Youth Football).  We offer youth cheer leading for ages 5 to 14 and full contact football teams for ages 5 to 14.  Our organization is made up entirely of volunteers, many of whom work year round to execute the necessary tasks in the interest of our players. All board members, parents and participants shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary.
